Mission
Kimzo Group (“Kimzo”) is a mission-driven real estate investment and development firm dedicated to preserving, improving, and expanding affordable rental housing in Southern Nevada. As long-term owners, we ensure the communities we invest in realize both immediate benefits and lasting value.
Our differentiated underwriting and long-term capitalization strategy provide investors with a unique, tax-efficient opportunity to participate in high-quality private real estate. At Kimzo, we believe financial returns and social impact are not mutually exclusive; they are mutually reinforcing. Our goal is to generate enduring value for both our investors and the communities we serve.
To transform affordable housing for today’s challenges through innovative, community-first investment.
Services
-
Our acquisitions strategy focuses on identifying undervalued, aging multifamily assets with strong potential for revitalization. We invest in these older properties to extend their useful life, modernize their systems and design, and preserve critically needed affordable and workforce housing in historically underserved neighborhoods.
-
Our development approach centers on building high-quality, small-scale multifamily housing in infill locations—often overlooked but essential to solving the “missing middle” gap.
-
We acquire and rehabilitate properties with project-based Section 8, LIHTC, and other rent-restriction programs, while also protecting naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH) from displacement.
-
We partner with public agencies and municipalities to deliver housing projects that align with community needs and policy goals, leveraging grants, incentives, and compliance programs to revitalize underutilized sites and preserve long-term affordability.
