Investment Strategy

Through our close broker relationships and proprietary off-market acquisition strategies, we actively pursue properties that could benefit from a fresh injection of capital and new operational approach. The property types that we focus on include:

  • Sub-institutional multifamily ($1M to $20M total capitalization)

  • Affordable housing (tax credit, project-based Section 8, and other rent-restricted properties)

  • Naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH)

Leadership

Alexander Henry, Founder & Managing Principal

Alexander Henry is the Founder and Managing Principal of Kimzo Group. Before launching Kimzo, he served as Co-Founder and Head of Acquisitions at Pure Life Properties, a boutique real estate investment firm. In that role, he led the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of numerous single-family and small multifamily properties across six U.S. markets. Mr. Henry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
