Real Estate Investor, Operator, and Developer
ABOUT
We specialize in value-add execution, disciplined underwriting, and long-term capital structures that prioritize both durability and predictable investor outcomes. Our approach is grounded in local expertise, hands-on operational oversight, and an emphasis on transforming underperforming properties into resilient, income-producing assets. We aim to generate strong, risk-adjusted returns while enhancing the communities and commercial environments in which we invest.
Kimzo Group (“Kimzo”) is a real estate investment and development firm focused on acquiring, developing, and operating multifamily and industrial assets in high-growth, supply-constrained markets.
